Special Members Meeting - Cancelled

News: Special Members Meeting - Cancelled

SPECIAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING CANCELLED

Greetings ATOS Members and Friends,

We are pleased to announce that the Special Membership Meeting scheduled to occur on July 4 has been cancelled as no action is required at this time.
You will see more information soon; however, the Board had a very productive and meaningful meeting today at the convention hotel in Cleveland. Some new board members were seated and a new set of officers appointed. Full details will be distributed shortly. Much was accomplished including passing a budget plan which includes maintaining Ken Double's position as well as moving forward with hiring an operations manager. Our new Chairman, Richard Neidich, is well on his way to putting new goal setting and communication processes in place. He will work diligently with the board to tackle many important projects.

Please note that the regularly scheduled Annual Membership Meeting will take place as previously planned at 1:15 in the Grand Ballroom A on the 3rd floor on July 4.

We will all be working . . . together . . . toward the common goal of keeping the music playing.

Thank you for the many letters of support of our mission. We appreciated hearing from all of you.

It has been an extreme pleasure and honor to have served this past year as Chairman and I look forward to the coming year serving as Immediate Past Chairman.

We look forward to seeing many of you in Cleveland and beyond.
Regards,

Michael
