ATOS Convention Registration Change or Cancel

** Instructions here ** If you have registered for the 2020 Convention online, our registration software company, RegFox, has created an account for you. The account uses your email as your username. To access this account, please click on the link below. You will be able to change or cancel your registration, including receiving a refund for payments previously made (before certain dates).

Steps:
--> Click on link below
--> Click on 'Claim Your Account'
--> You'll be transferred to RegFox's registration system
--> You'll be asked to enter your email
--> RegFox will send you an email to that address (to verify your identity).
--> Check your email, and click on the link in the email from 2020 Convention Registrar (sent by RegFox)
--> Optionally, update your contact information
--> Click on 'Registrations' in the coloured banner on the top of the page
--> Make changes to the registration. You can change options, but cannot cancel the entire reservation.
--> When complete, please click on logout in the top bar, then for best security close your web browser to completely delete information on your computer about this session.

If you've already 'claimed your account':
--> Enter your email address (used for registration)
--> Enter the password you created.
--> You'll be transferred to the registration management page
