Master pipe organ craftsman Ken Crome passed away on May 1. It would be difficult to find a corner of the theatre organ world that Ken didn't touch, from the original installation in the Jasper Sanfilippo home, to the recent acclaimed installation of the original Fox Studio Wurlitzer in the Bandrika studio of Nathan Barr.
Due to the current COVID-19 or coronavirus pandemic, the Summer Technical Experience, originally scheduled for August, 2020, is cancelled.
We plan to resume the STE next year. The dates will be announced in the Spring of 2021.
This evening, the Board of Directors made the tough decision to cancel this year's YTOC competition. At the same time, we voted to change the age requirements for the next two year's competitions so that those that would have aged out this year and next would have another opportunity to enter the competition.

Hello! My name is Dave Calendine, Chairman of the American Theatre Organ Society. Today’s update brings some very important news regarding things with ATOS.
All of us at ATOS recognize we are dealing with uncertain times. Last night your ATOS Board of Directors took what we believe is the appropriate step to reschedule the ATOS Annual Convention to July of 2021, in Indianapolis. We do not take these actions lightly and know everyone’s health and well-being need to be of paramount importance.
